Argentiera caciocavallo cheese

400 gr soft Caciocavallo cheese
2 cloves of garlic
Vinegar
Sugar
Fresh oregano
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
In a pan with a little amount of oil, fry the chopped garlic, add the cheese cut into rectangular slices about an inch thick. Once the cheese browns on both sides, add a tablespoon of vinegar in which you have previously dissolved a pinch of sugar.
Simmer the vinegar until reduced and and sprinkle with fresh oregano.
Leave on the heat for a few more minutes and serve. 'U' caciu all'argintiera" should be eaten really hot.
